There are a lot of diet plan out there to help us get slim, skinny & healthy, and one of them is by starving. I have run through the web, and there are actually a lot of people choose to starve as their diet plan to have a slim & skinny body. Don't even say other people, I have also tried this kind of diet, at last gave up, where I really can't stand or beat the feeling of very hungry and the carving of normal food.
This kind of diet is very popular among busy working woman and man, where they can go starving mode by keeping themselves occupied by being very busy at work and even can forget the feeling of hungry.
Why are there a lot of people choose to starve themselves as their way to diet.
-worry that every food they take can make them fat, in other way of word that they don't trust food anymore, they feel everything they put inside their mouth can make them fat.
-Maybe the easiest way of diet, if compare to exercise, where starving don't take your time.

The possible cause will happened when you are starving.
-Gastric
> Starving can cause gastric, how? when you do not eat anything, the acid in your stomach tent to get more acidic, no food to be digested and to neutralize your stomach, and this is when your stomach start to get ulcers and sometime can follow with a crucial pain, gastric patient will know this kind of feeling. Some gastric patient must always eat right after they feel hungry to prevent the pain occurs again, so if you are starving to diet but end up where you need to eat almost every hour to prevent the pain to occurs, it is not so worth it.
-Fatigue / tiredness / pass out easily / faint easily
> Fatigue, tiredness, and tent to pass out can occur due to not eating and lack of nutrition in your body to help produce more energy. Due to lack of nutrition, our body's blood sugar tent to get very low, after that the decrease flow of blood to the brain, means that not enough oxygen provided to the brain and that is why it is easy for starving dieters to faint, tired, and pass out.
However, when starving, our body metabolism and calorie burning system will began to slow down or even shut down and our body will start to store fat, and when the time you consume your routine of eating normal food, you can easily gain more weight than before, because your body metabolism rate has shut down.
-Quality of work not so good
> Due to the tiredness from your starving diet plan, surely you are not able to focus 100% to everything what you have done. Try not to sleep for a day and try do your daily routine as usual, you will notice everything you have done is not right and this can be even worse when you are on the road driving. That goes the same for those who starving, they don't have any energy left to be focus on what they want to do.
-Death
> Starving can cause death if you are not so lucky, mostly due to malnutrition.
