Want to lose weight effectively? but how? Here are some tips for you...
1) Don't do it alone
- Find friends and family members who may also want to lose weight, Herbalife coach and your community members are included also. Lose weight in a group can promote a support system between each other, and the more the merrier right?
2) Step on the scale daily
- Weight yourself daily if possible and built a graph of your weight, focus on creating a downward graph,this will help you to motivate yourself. when your regular increase in several day in a row, its a red flag letting you know you need to plan your diet correctly.
3) Built self confidence
- Believe in yourself and "just do it to make it!"
4) Set a goal
- A goal you set will make you start the engine, even a small goal to lose 1 or 2 kg for example is enough to keep you working on to make your goal a reality.
# For me, when i start consuming Herbalife product, a have a coach to guide me how to consume the product and how it work. I also join a health and weight lose support group created by my coach to let us share our problem during our weight management program, and we get full support from the group, beside that here are the place we get tips on how to lose weight and motivation to keep us going on and never give up.
4) Give yourself a reward
- After you manage to meet your goal give yourself a reward, not food kind of reward, go for a trip for example, watch a movie or anything to celebrate of you getting your reward successfully.
# For me, getting a great body of my dream is a great reward for me, beside that i would go to have a movie weekend as a reward for myself.
5) Enjoy a treat
- You still can enjoy your favorite treat now and then but not as a daily habit ya.. for example company dinner, birthday party, going home for festive season and many more.. just enjoy your time.
6) Snack, but smartly
# I usually take fruits as my snack, and even sometime nuts and seeds.
7) Drink plenty of water
- At least 2 liter of water per day per person
