My daily diet routine -1 (7 january 2013)
# Breakfast
-aleo concentrate + 400ml water very refreshing!!
-teamix + 400ml water
-for my delish shake- 1 mix herbalife formula 1 cappucino flavor, formula 3 protein, 100ml of choco milk and 300ml of cold water
#Lunch
-croissant sandwich
#Dinner
-steamboat
Today i want to share my experience consuming Herbalife aloe concentrate with all of you.
When i start cosuming Herbalife I start with consuming formula 1 + formula 3 and teamix only, with this three product its already help me to loss the total of 12kg. But recently i just consuming this herbalife aleo vera concentrate mix, and it shock me with the result i get in just one week of consuming it.
1) My digestion system is running pretty smooth now, before Herbalife i poop like goat, you know what i mean right? , some more it is once every few days, and i always experience bloating every time i finish eating hate it! really look like a pregnant lady.
