2013 Herbalife Spectacular

Hi all, Have you had your shake today? I have mine and it was delicious. vanilla honey dew shake..yum!!

You guys know what? I went to my very 1st and big event in Herbalife! Herbalife Spectacular from  25th to 27th of January at Bukit Jalil. Thanks to my sponsor Stella for inviting me, oh my..it was really an eye opening, amazing, fantastic, unbelievable and  im speechless. I never went to a place where there are 15000 Herbalife distributor under one roof!! 15000 people you all!! even a concert fill with very famous celebrity wont fill until 15000 people i think. Dont believe me?

Look at those picture above, wave of people all pack in one place simply to learn and to change our life, and in my mind wow!! 15000 Herbalife distributor and each and every of them are satisfied with their own result with Herbalife and want to help others to be like them, still have a doubt with Herbalife product? If Herbalife really a scam or a  company who lie to people to earn money why all these people still attending this great event and the amount of people is increasing day by day, we were told that last year Herbalife Spectacular event were having 6000 plus Herbalife distributor all together, and this year is increased to 2.5 times of people attend last year. wow!! unbelievable!

Speaking of scam we as a Herbalife distributor our self must use the product 1st and get result, than to share out to other people about their successful story and help them too to achieve their goal. If you really considering in Herbalife product do find a Herbalife distributor and ask them to share their story and even better with photo to show you. We as a user of Herbalife product wont get to the next step to  Herbalife business if the product is not working and its a scam.

Herbalife Malaysia- Motivation 2

Remember when you are young, if your want something but could not afford to get it you will go straight to you parent and ask for it, but most of our parent including mine told me that i 

"need to work hard to earn something"

, so i did help my mum abit with house chores plus with a lot of savings and finally i earn it, but it was not easy task for us to do it when we are young right, because the feeling of lazy, tiredness and hardwork. but 

"determination, goal and motivation"

that keeps us going. This is also included if you want to lose weight, but all of it may not comes easy, you must earn it. To earn it, you must have a goal, determination and motivation to keep you going and have a healthy body.

Let me tell you my,

GOAL= 

My goal is to have a slim body and lose my weight until minimum 45kg, and where i can go shop for size s cloth and it is easier for me to shop for cloth. And of course look good before Chinese new year.

DETERMINATION= 

I weigh myself everyday, and look at my weight decreasing day by day really make my day and keep me determined to continue with my weight loss. I really recommend that you have a simple weighing scale at home for you to keep update on your weight, so you wont be lost and demotivated.

MOTIVATION= 

Actually my motivation is kind of similar to my goal, but one of my motivation is when i see lots of beautiful thin girls when im out shopping or anything, wishing to have that kinds of body of my own someday and so here always motivates me lots. haha.. who don't want to be beautiful right.

Dont just drown yourself just motivation, you must make a move and start to take your motivation into a habit. 

We always motivate ourself at the beginning of our diet or losing weight with word, mission and ext.., but most of us not making it a habit as it usually will stop halfway and just stop there not moving.

I start to have a habit of eating right and exercise, and never miss. The reason I never miss exercise and eating healthy everyday because i have motivation + habit. I need motivation to have my habit to start and i need habit to full fill my motivation. 

My motivation: Want to lose weight and look good before chinese new year. Want to have body like Angelina jolie so.

My habit: Eating healthy (By replacing my meal 2 times per day + eating balance and colourful meal) and exercise.

So with my motivation + habit i lose a total of 10 kg with herbalife.

Herbalife berkesan ke? - Testimoni Herbalife saya yang ajaib

Ramai di golongan anda mesti berasa ragu ragu dan tanya diri sendiri adakah Herbalife berkesan kan?

Saya sendiri juga pernah mengharungi saat saat demikian suatu ketika dahulu, ceh macam mahu bercerita pula.

Sebelum berkenalan dengan produk Herbalife

Misi saya ingin kurangkan berat badan saya bermula sejak saya mula study di universiti, disitulah mula kerja saya makan, tidur, study, makan tidur, study dan turutan itu berulang hingga lah saya perasan muka saya semakin besar, pingang saya dah tak ada shape, pakaian saya semua dah mula rasa ketat. OMG!! Dan saya tentu mencari banyak cara untuk mengurangkan berat badan saya, Sebelum berkenalan dengan produk Herbalife, saya dah try slimming tea yang memang membuatkan saya rajin ke tandas untuk buang, oh my, masa tu saya buang memang sampai kaki saya dah tak larat nak jalan dah, tambah dengan rasanya yang saya tak berapa sukalah jadi saya berhentilah ambil. Selain tu, saya pernah beli pelbagai produk onlinelah, tapi kesemuanya tak langsung berkesan, hanya membazirkan duit saya sahaja huhu dahla belum bekerja.

Saya mula mengambil produk Herbalife ni semasa bulan April 2012, masa tu pula saya ingin juga mendapat side income, so saya sign in menjadi member Herbalife hanya dengan rm98.

Selepas dua bulan ambil Herbalife ni, saya memang ada rasa lain, berat badan saya dah turun 2 kg, tak banyak tapi memang starting point of my life. Untuk turunkan 1 kg pun dah memang impossible untuk saya tau, saya memang happy sangat dengan keputusan saya masa ni.

Hingga sekarang, saya telah makan herbalife ni selama 9 bulan. Wow.. memang keputusan yang menakjubkan, saya dah berjaya turun 10kg dan sekarang saya dah dalam peringkat mengekalkan berat badan saya. Seluar dah memang longgar sampai nak jatuh kalau saya tak pakai tali pinggang, sebelum ini saya memang tak pakai tali pinggang pun. Ini memang penukaran yang paling ketara dari saya. Kawan kawan, keluarga mamang akan tegur yang saya dah kurus, perempuan mana yang tak sukar ditegur kurus kan kan? mestilah happy dengar teguran tu..hhahaha my parent risau saya tak makan dengan betul yang membuatkan saya kurus, tapi saya tahu, saya memang makan dengan sihat dengan herbalife, after explain dengan parent saya tentang produk herbalife ni baru mereka faham..

Saya dah tak rasa risau langsung bahawa saya tak mengambil nutrisi yang secukupnya setiap hari, shake Herbalife ni memang punuh dengan kahsiat yang kita perlukan setiap hari, so tak perlulah saya sakit kepala untuk berfikir makanan apa yang diperlukan untuk melengkapkan pengambilan nutrisi seharian saya.
