But most of all, I believe all of your new year resolution is to have a great, slim, and healthy body right? I knew this because used to went through this kind of resolution years after year before Herbalife. but all ends up not working out and delay everything to another year after all the exercise and diet eating.. But with herbalife, my dream of having a small and healthy body come true before year 2012 end, but of course with the help of my own disciplinary. Now, im in the stage of maintaining my weight, where i take my shake for breakfast only, and take normal healthy meal for lunch and dinner, plus with exercise everyday to keep fit. 

It is not necessary for me to explain how good or how much advantages Herbalife gives me here, because "you gotta do it to make it real", I myself were so sceptical about Herbalife last time when i heard about Herbalife, because i tried lots of slimming product from internet and it wont works, but thanks God that I come to knew Herbalfe.

Side effect of Herbalife

There are lots of side effect on me after consuming Herbalife product for 8 month. Gosh..thinking about it wanna make me cry..

 

Here are all the side effect (#SE#) that's happening to me,

• From the month of April (61kg) until this month of December (51kg), i have lost the total of 10kg.#SE#"gosh...I lost lots of fat that can keep me warm at night"

• Before this i usually wear pants or shirts size M or L, now i can wear size S, wow, this is never in my life before.  #SE# "So now need to spend time shopping for new size of pants and shirt"

• Before Herbalife, I had a very serious period pain and unconsistent period where my period sometime comes 1 times every few month. Now, no more period pain, and have consistent period and it even comes on the same day. #SE# "Need to buy or refill pad every month because of the consistency of my period timing, gosh"

• Feel more energetic, without feeling sleepy in the office at evening time, i can even exercise after work for 30 min to 1 hour and i can still withstand or feel energetic until 12am. #SE# addicted to exercise (actually i do jump rope and couple of crunches) and addicted to the feeling of sweat coming out from my body.

• Poeple start to noticed the changes and start saying that I look thin. #SE# "people start to ask whether i don't have any money to eat or what"

• Oh ya, i noticed that i never miss taking a dump every day, that prove that your digestion is good and doing pretty well.

Gene?

Most of my family have diabetic,

Most of my family have high blood pressure,

Most of my family is fat...

And I the reason I have either of those above because it runs in the family.

This kind of sentence or should I say "deadly excuses" can make you feel or say to yourself 

"yah..its run in my family and nothing can change it no matter what I do about it, so don't bother about it"

or

"I look fat, its not fair for me that its run in the family"

You are what you eat, if you eat something that make you fat that "your fat gene" going to come out, if you eat lots of sweet stuff and make you diabetic "of course your diabetic gene will come out" and ext.

ok..some of you may be genetically fat, diabetic, blood pressure ext.. all this can be prevent if you prevent it early. Really....all those wont just simply comes out if you have a healthy body and control what you eat and drink.

For me myself, my family don't  have any problem of having fat gene, but I will increase in weight of having problem in my body if  I continuously having unhealthy foods, drinks and lifestyle. My previous weight before herbalife is 61kg (April 2012), here my weight is in the range of healthy but nearly to the range of obesity  if I increase in a few kg. It is time for me to change my lifestyle to have a healthy and beautiful body. So, I have chosen herbalife as my meal replacement for breakfast and dinner and eat normal healthy meal for lunch and in 4 month I my weight reduced to 54kg (August 2012). Amazing...
